Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to meet your collecting needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. During peak seasons (holidays, convention periods), processing times may extend by 1-2 days.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand the importance of perfect condition collectibles. Our 15-day return policy ensures you can shop with confidence.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unopened and undamaged
  • Original packaging with all tags/accessories included
  • Proof of purchase required
  • Request initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Not on our non-returnable list (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their collectible nature, these items cannot be returned:

  • Recordable Storybooks (personalized audio cannot be removed)
  • Opened Character Figures (must remain sealed for value preservation)
  • Custom or Special Order Items
  • Downloadable Content (if applicable)

Premium Figures Note: All Final Fantasy, Dragon Ball, Gundam, and other limited-edition figures must be returned in their original protective packaging to qualify.

Return Process

Follow these steps for a smooth return experience:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number
  2. Wait for Approval – Our collector support team responds within 2 business days with instructions
  3. Package Securely – Use original packaging with protective materials for fragile items
  4. Ship to Us – Send to our Sacramento warehouse using a trackable method
  5. Receive Refund/Exchange – Processed within 5 business days after inspection

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged). We recommend:

  • US Customers: USPS Priority Mail with tracking ($8-$15 depending on size)
  • International Collectors: DHL or FedEx International Economy

For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost to ship your replacement item (standard shipping).

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds process within 5 business days after inspection
  • Method: Refunded to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Notice: You’ll receive email confirmation when processed

Bank Processing Note: Your financial institution may take 3-5 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

Exchange Requests

Want a different Evangelion figure or Pokémon calendar? Exchanges are subject to:

  • Item availability in our warehouse
  • Price differences (you’ll be charged/refunded any balance)
  • Returned item meeting all eligibility criteria

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged Naruto figure or defective Hatsune Miku product? Contact us immediately at [email protected] with:

  • Photos of the damage/defect
  • Packaging condition

We’ll arrange a free replacement or return label if the item is still in stock.
